drawing table

Based on a design by Cameron Russell that was published in the March/April 1997 issue of Fine Woodworking, this drawing table is both a practical and sophisticated addition to any studio or workspace. The base frame is constructed of solid European beech. Burnished copper encases threaded steel rods that create a sturdy frame but allow the table to be easily disassembled for storage or transport. A lightweight drawing surface can be adjusted to different heights depending on the artist’s preference and features a self-healing mat surface. Small side trays allow for the storage of tools within easy reach.
